The exhibition areas are located in the Kaiserlounge of the Parkhotel Schönbrunn. Price per m² exhibition space (min. 4 m²) 350,- Euro.

Allocation of stand space
The allocation of stand space is reserved for the organisers! The main sponsors have priority in the allocation of stand space. We ask all exhibitors to submit their requests. The final decision on the definitive stand location is reserved for the congress organisers.
Set-up and dismantling
The entire exhibition will be set up on the Thursday before the event.
Dismantling will take place directly after the symposium on 14.09.2024.

Expenses to be borne by the payer. The fees do not include VAT.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation by 26.08.2024, the fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of 300 euros and any bank charges.
(For organisational reasons, this can only take place after the symposium).
After this date, the full fee is due, refunds are no longer possible.

Standplatzvergabe
Die Standplatzvergabe ist den Organisator*innen vorbehalten! Die Hauptsponsor*innen haben Vorrang im Rahmen der Standplatzvergabe. Wir bitten alle Aussteller*innen ihre Wünsche zu deponieren. Die letztgültige Entscheidung über den definitiven Standplatz ist den Kongressorganisator*innen vorbehalten.
Auf- und Abbau
Der gesamte Aufbau der Ausstellung findet am Donnerstag vor der Veranstaltung statt.
Der Abbau findet direkt im Anschluss des Symposiums am 14.09.2024 statt.
